In-stock:
Products that are currently in stock will be shipped and delivered to you within the delivery time specified above.
Out-of-stock:
If a product is out of stock, you'll find the estimated shipping time on the product page. If you’re on a tight deadline, we will however do our best to rush your order – just drop us a line at care@akindstore.com. After purchasing an out-of-stock item, we'll send you a complimentary email update regarding the expected delivery time.
Made-on-order:
Our Special Occasion & Bridal Rings are made-on-order and typically require a delivery period of 6 - 7 weeks. Please note that this time frame might be subject to change, particularly during holiday seasons. If you’re on a tight deadline, drop us a line at care@akindstore.com and we will do our best to rush your order. For more information about our Special Occasion & Bridal Rings, see under "Special Occasion & Bridal" section below.
Mixed delivery time:
If your order includes different types of items (in-stock, out-of-stock, or made-to-order), the delivery time may change:
- More than 7 days apart: If the estimated delivery dates for different items are more than 7 days apart, we'll email you the option to split the delivery. If we don't get a response, we'll ship the complete order together when all items are ready, following our climate-friendly standards.
- Less than 7 days apart: If the estimated delivery dates for the different items are less than 7 days apart, we'll typically ship the entire order together. If you’re on a tight deadline, just drop us a line at care@akindstore.com, and we'll split the order for you.
Once your package is ready for shipment, you will receive an SMS or email notification that your parcel is on its way along with a tracking number.
For all countries, except Sweden:
For orders shipped with DHL Standard/Express (all countries except Sweden), your parcel is normally delivered straight to your door. You will be able to adjust:
- Date and time for delivery.
- To have it delivered to a service point.
- To have it delivered to a different address, e.g. your workplace.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the parcel, it will either be taken to a service point for pickup, or a second delivery attempt is made the day after.
The delivery will require a release signature to ensure that the package has arrived to you safely.
For Sweden:
Orders to Sweden are managed by PostNord, offering two delivery options based on the purchase value: Varubrev (below 5000 SEK) and REK (above 5000 SEK). Varubrev includes home delivery, while REK delivers to a designated pickup point.
Please be aware, if you are unavailable during the delivery attempt with Varubrev, PostNord typically places the item directly in your mailbox. If the package doesn't fit, it will be carefully positioned outside your door. Please note, in accordance with PostNord's policy, the courier will assess the safety of leaving the parcel or opt to return it.
Once your jewelry has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an SMS or email notification from us with your tracking number. If it says your order has been delivered but it’s not with you, please email us at care@akindstore.com with your order number and we’ll get on it.
Akind insures each order from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you, or until you pick it up at your nearest postal service point.
All orders with DHL Express and Postnord REK require a signature or official identification upon delivery, at which point the receiver becomes responsible for the product. When a recipient other than yourself is specified for delivery purposes, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Akind, and you will be responsible for the product after handover.
For orders with DHL Express; if you allow the carrier to leave the parcel outside your front door without a receiver’s signature, Akind does not take responsibility for the delivery after drop off.
We insure all orders from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. For any issues with your delivery, just get in touch with us at care@akindstore.com and we will sort it out.
Exchanges & Returns
Conscious consumption is about being 100% sure. If you're uncertain, you have 30 days to exchange your product for something else or return it, extending to 60 days for Special Occasion & Bridal Rings as specified below. Please be aware that returns & exchanges are not accepted for customised* pieces - all orders for these items are considered final.
*Customised pieces include, but are not limited to special ring sizes and chain lengths beyond our standard offerings, and engraved items not originally offered with engraving.
Any returns must be registered and shipped within 30 days of being received. For the return to be accepted the item(s) must be in unused condition, undamaged, unaltered, without scratches and in original packaging, including diamond certificates where applicable. Your returned item will go through our quality inspection team and if they find any damages, scratches or similar of the product, then the return or exchange will not be accepted.
Special Occasion & Bridal
Special Occasion & Bridal rings (view collection) come with a 60-day return or exchange policy from the date of receiving the ring. Each customer is allowed one exchange or resize for a Special Occasion ring. The exchanged or resized product is then treated as a final sale.
Akind offers a 30-day window for product exchanges or returns, extending to 60 days for Special Occasion & Bridal Rings. However, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Gift cards.
- Resized or modified pieces altered by a third-party jeweler.
- Customised items (e.g., non-ordinary sizes and chain lengths, customised engravings).
Special Occasion & Bridal Rings with engraving are eligible for return or exchange; however, please be aware that the engraving itself is non-refundable. If you choose to return or exchange an engraved ring, a restoration fee of approximately €100 will apply. The exact amount may fluctuate subject to local exchange rates.
Bundled Product Offerings:
When returning any bundled products, we require the entire set (both products) to be returned for refund. Exchanges are however possible for different ring sizes or gold colors.
We are able to cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already been shipped to you. Once shipped, you’ll be responsible for initiating an exchange or return through our Return & Exchange Portal.
In the event that you don't collect your order from the designated pick-up point, it will be automatically returned to Akind. A refund will be issued, deducting a fee to cover administration and shipping costs. Fees are specified under the section below “How much do exchanges and returns cost?”.
Customised orders (e.g. non-ordinary ring sizes and chain lengths, or customised engravings) cannot be cancelled or exchanged once the order is registered in our system.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always free of charge. You can exchange your item for any other design, colour or size.

From the day you send the returned goods to us it will normally take 5-14 working days for the return to be processed.
Refunds will be processed once the returning item(s) have been received by our Quality Control Team at our office and passed their inspection, from which point you’ll receive a refund confirmation email.
If you paid by credit or with debit card, PayPal or Klarna except invoice, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 5 working days from the time the return has been processed. If you paid via invoice, you will be contacted by Klarna for further instructions.
If you choose to return your item(s) before paying your Klarna invoice, please make sure to pause your statement through the Klarna app or by contacting Klarna’s Customer Support. Please be aware that Akind cannot directly communicate with Klarna regarding pausing invoices or extending payment terms for purchases made with Akind. This responsibility falls on the customer, the Klarna account holder. However, we are more than willing to assist with any necessary documentation.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and offers a complimentary 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our jewelry purchases. Please note that specific conditions apply to Special Occasion & Bridal rings, as detailed below in this Warranty section. If you experience damage to your new jewelry due to manufacturing defects, please contact us so we can evaluate your piece. Email care@akindstore.com with photos and/or a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred. If we find the damage is not deemed a manufacturing defect via the provided images, we may not accept the item back for an evaluation. Instead, we will propose a repair option based on our price list.
Should we agree to review your item for manufacturing defects, Akind will coordinate the collection at no extra charge to you. Based on your location, you will receive instructions on how to return it to us.
Upon receiving the jewelry, our Quality Control Team will determine if the damage is warrantied. Damage that is not deemed a manufacturing defect but is repairable will have a repair fee quoted to the customer for approval before any work is performed. If the customer chooses not to perform the repair, they will be responsible for the shipping fee incurred for the return of the item.
Our manufacturing warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, tarnishing or fading of metals, cuts or scratches, deformed chains or rings, product loss, or jewelry damaged by improper use, cleaning, or storage
- Consequential or incidental damages resulting from the above
A note on sterling silver: tarnishing and natural patina are normal characteristics of the material - easily addressed with a polishing cloth (see Care section below).
A note on vermeil: our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in the gold layer and silver base. Wear from abrasive contact, harsh chemicals, or improper care is not covered.
Because we stand behind our designs and our jeweler, any third-party or outside jeweler altering or servicing your jewelry will void your warranty with us.
Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost, or stolen. These items are not covered by our warranty and cannot be repaired through Akind.
This Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
For specific warranty information about our Special Occasion & Bridal Rings and Diamonds, please see below.
Akind guarantees that our Special Occasion & Bridal rings are free from manufacturing defects and includes a complimentary 4-year warranty.
If you experience damage to your ring due to manufacturing defects, please contact us so we can evaluate your piece. Email care@akindstore.com with photos and/or a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred. If we find the damage is not deemed a manufacturing defect via the provided images, we will offer you a repair according to our price list.
If the customer chooses not to perform the repair, Akind will send back the ring to the customer free of charge.
Manufacturing defects can include missing pave stones or stones up to 0.2 ct, loose prongs, or incorrect engraving. As each ring is made-on-order and crafted by hand, slight variations in each ring are to be expected, and are not viewed as a defect.
Warranty not applicable:
This warranty does not apply to the replacement of a center stone or any stone larger than 0.2ct. Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, discoloration due to contact with harsh liquids or chemicals, distorted rings, lost rings/center stones, or jewelry damaged due to improper use, cleaning, or storage.
Because we stand behind our designs and our jewelers, any third-party or outside jeweler altering or servicing your jewelry will void your warranty with us.
This Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
For warranty of our lab-grown diamonds, see below.
We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty for all of our sustainably created diamonds. We guarantee our listed gradings of our created diamonds to be accurate and warrant their graded characteristics. In the unlikely case that your diamond turns out to not meet or exceed a characteristic promised, we will replace the diamond with a diamond that meets or exceeds each of the characteristics warranted.
The condition of the diamond will be determined by examination by standard gemological techniques. The accuracy of angles and linear measurements will be determined by the following tolerances: ±0.2º and ±0.02 millimetres.
If you decide to grade your diamond on your own, please note that diamonds must be graded as loose stones and cannot be set in engagement rings and then graded, as settings can be obtrusive. A well-trusted facility such as GCAL, IGI or GIA must grade the stone, and not a local jeweler in order for it to have relevancy.
Should you make a claim under this warranty, you allow us to inspect the diamond and any gemological evaluation on which you base your claim, and try and resolve your claim amicably.
To be able to claim this warranty, the diamonds must not be exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or handled incorrectly, abused, altered, treated with the wrong cleaning methods. The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, cuts or scratches; consequential or incidental damages. This Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
Your Akind jewelry comes with a generous warranty. If your piece breaks during the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect (not negligence), we'll repair it free of charge. Email care@akindstore.com and we'll take care of it.
White gold (Special Occasion & Bridal Rings only): within the 4-year warranty period, we offer one complimentary rhodium re-dipping service. Additional re-dipping is available for a fixed fee.
Vermeil pieces: vermeil's gold layer is durable and built to last for years of daily wear. With proper care, the layer will retain its richness. We do not offer re-plating for vermeil - instead, the design and thickness (2.5 microns of 18K gold, well above industry standard) ensure long-lasting wear.
Gifting
Certainly! You can find 'Gift Cards' in the Shop section and choose your desired value. Gift cards are sent via email to the buyer and include instructions for redemption at checkout. It may take up to one business day for the gift card to be delivered to your email.
Please be aware that Akind Gift Cards are only valid if purchased at akindstore.com. Akind cannot honor or re-issue gift card credit acquired from third-party sources.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Simply enter the code shown on the Gift Card into the “gift/credit” field at checkout. The value of your gift card will be deducted automatically from your order. If there's any remaining balance, you can settle it using any of our available payment methods.
Multiple gift cards can be applied in the same order.
Each piece arrives in a square Akind box - green, pink, or cream - with a soft pouch for travel and storage, and a card detailing the materials inside.
Size & Fit
Not sure about your ring size? We highly recommend ordering a ring sizer before purchasing an Akind ring. Simply select ‘Order ring sizer’ here, and we'll send you one by post. Use it to measure your finger for the perfect fit. Once you have your size, proceed to order your desired ring.
For other ways to determine your ring size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler or, if you’re nearby, dropping by our showroom at Götgatan 9 in Stockholm and we will assist you.
Please keep in mind, your ring size can fluctuate about a half size based on your temperature, hydration levels, hormones, etc. If the ring is a gift for someone else, we recommend using a favourite ring worn on the same finger as a reference and following our Ring Sizing Guide to measure it yourself.
For additional guidance on ring-sizing, we refer to our comprehensive Ring Sizing Guide!
If you're still unsure about your ring size, feel free to reach out to us at care@akindstore.com. We'll gladly assist you.
The majority of our ring sizes can be found on our website. However, we offer complimentary size options upon request, so don't hesitate to contact us if you wish to have a ring crafted in a different size. Customised sizes are not eligible for return or exchange.
The majority of our rings can be resized either one full size up or down. To start the resizing process, please send an email to care@akindstore.com with your order number and the desired size. Our team will assess the feasibility of the resize and guide you through the next steps including providing a cost estimate for the service.
For Special Occasion & Bridal Rings, we offer one complimentary resizing included with your purchase. This can be carried out within the 60-day return and exchange period, or at a later stage if preferred. Any additional resizing requests will be subject to a fee.
Please note that some styles are not possible to resize, for example infinity bands or bands with patterns, facets or diamonds.
Necklaces:
Our necklaces are available in standard lengths, while certain designs offer various length options. If you require a specific length tailored for you, we can accommodate this for an additional quoted fee. Simply email us at care@akindstore.com with your desired length before placing your order. Please note, customised jewelry is considered final sale, and therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Store & Showroom
While we don't have a traditional retail store, our office is open for customers to visit and try on all our designs. You're welcome to schedule an appointment at our Stockholm showroom, situated at Götgatan 9.
Book your appointment to the showroom here.
Certainly! Our team of jewelry experts is here to assist you in person at our Stockholm showroom from Monday to Friday.
Book your appointment to the showroom here.
During your appointment, you will meet one-on-one with one of Akind’s jewelry experts in person. You will be able to explore our jewelry designs, get advice on how to mix and style the jewelry and learn about our materials and brand story. You can attend the appointment on your own, or invite a partner, family member, or friend.
Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You have a full month to try out your jewelry, and if for any reason you're not completely happy with it, you can return or exchange it within that timeframe.
Craftsmanship
Our jewelry is handcrafted across four countries:
- Spain: part of our solid gold pieces, including all Special Occasion Rings
- Italy: selected solid gold designs
- Germany: selected solid gold designs
- Thailand: our sterling silver and vermeil collections
Each partner is chosen for their craft expertise and shared commitment to responsible production.
We work exclusively with high-quality, low-impact materials:
- 100% recycled 14k and 18k solid gold
- 100% recycled 925 sterling silver
- 18k gold vermeil (2.5 microns of 18K gold over recycled sterling silver)
- Lab-grown diamonds and gemstones
- Ethically sourced freshwater and South Sea pearls
Learn more about our materials here.
Gold
All our solid gold designs are crafted in 14k solid gold (58.5% pure gold). Our Special Occasion & Bridal Rings are available in either 14k or 18k solid gold (18K = 75% pure gold).

Gold is classified by the percentage of pure gold it contains, followed by "K" for karat. The purest form, 24k, is too soft for everyday jewelry. Alloys are added to give the material strength and structure. When gold makes up 37.5% or more of the alloy, it qualifies as "solid gold."
White gold is not found in nature, it’s an alloy (mixture) of gold and other metals that will make the gold white. Typically, Palladium is added to gold to achieve this effect, and at Akind, we incorporate up to 17% Palladium in our white gold jewelry. Rest assured, all our jewelry is completely nickel-free.
As a final touch in the crafting process of white gold jewelry, the jewelry is being dipped in rhodium, giving them a brilliant, chrome-like color, while also protecting them from scratching. To maintain this radiant whiteness, periodic "re-dipping" is recommended – a simple upkeep.
None of our jewelry contains nickel. We prioritize using materials that are free from nickel to ensure our pieces are safe and suitable for all our customers.
According to the Gold Standard Institute, there is already more gold circulating above Earth than we will ever find in current or new mines. So rather than pollute unnecessarily by mining for gold, we use only recycled gold to help protect our planet. A really good thing is that gold can be recycled over and over without affecting the quality.
Recycled gold is not cheaper than freshly mined gold, as the price of gold is set based on market value.
We work with trusted laboratories around the world. Our diamond laboratories use renewable energy (fully or partly), uphold certificates ensuring their commitment to green energy, low-waste and ethical work environments.
Our lab-grown Rubies, Emeralds and Sapphires are sourced from Hong kong. They are produced in controlled laboratories using innovative technology.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver (also known as 925 silver) is 92.5% pure silver alloyed with copper for strength. Pure silver is too soft for everyday wear; sterling gives our jewelry the durability it needs without losing the cool, mirror-like finish that makes silver one of the most timeless materials in fine jewelry.
Silver mining is one of the most environmentally damaging industries in the world, contributing to significant water pollution, deforestation, and human rights concerns. By working only with 100% recycled silver, sourced from existing jewelry, industrial silver, and electronics, we eliminate the demand for new mining entirely. Recycled silver is chemically identical to newly mined silver, with none of the impact.
Yes. Every Akind silver piece is stamped with the "925" purity mark and the "Akind" hallmark. We are registered with Swedac, the Swedish authority that regulates and supervises businesses selling precious metals. Swedac certifies that our jewelry contains the silver purity stated in our hallmark.
Sterling silver may develop a natural patina over time, especially when exposed to moisture, perfume, or skin oils. This is a normal characteristic of silver and easily addressed with care. A soft polishing cloth restores the original shine in seconds.
Vermeil
Vermeil is sterling silver layered with a thick coating of solid gold. Our vermeil collection uses 2.5 microns of 18k gold over recycled 925 sterling silver, well above the industry standard. The result: the rich tone of solid gold, on a foundation of recycled silver. All 100% recycled.
Vermeil is a regulated standard, to be sold as vermeil, the gold layer must be at least 2.5 microns thick, the gold must be at least 10k (we use 18k), and the base metal must be sterling silver. This is enforced by law in the US, France, and other markets.
Gold-plated jewelry has no regulated standard. Plating can be as thin as 0.05 microns, the base is typically brass or another inexpensive metal, and the gold purity is often unmarked. Gold-filled jewelry is mechanically bonded with at least 5% gold by weight, but is regulated only in the US and uses a brass core, not silver.
In short: vermeil offers years of daily wear, while gold-plated jewelry typically lasts months.
With proper care, our vermeil pieces are built to last for years of daily wear. The 2.5-micron gold layer is substantially thicker than most plated jewelry, and the sterling silver base ensures structural integrity over time.
We do not offer re-plating for vermeil. Instead, we ensure the original gold layer is thick enough; at 2.5 microns of 18K gold, to last for years of normal wear. With gentle care (see the Care & Repair section), your vermeil pieces will retain their richness for years.
Diamonds, Gemstones & Pearls
We work with trusted laboratories around the world. Our diamond labs use renewable energy (fully or partly) and hold certificates ensuring their commitment to green energy, low waste, and ethical work environments. Our lab-grown rubies, emeralds, and sapphires are sourced from Hong Kong, where they're produced in controlled laboratories using innovative technology.
We don't see the point in destroying the natural environment by extracting something from underground when modern technology can create it in laboratories without the human or environmental toll. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, just minus the mining.
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. Not even an expert gemologist can tell them apart from a mined diamond by sight. Learn more about the various qualities of a diamond here.
Yes. All diamonds 0.3 carats or larger are certified by the IGI® (International Gemological Institute). The IGI® Certificate gives a full assessment of diamond quality, including cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. The institute consistently grades both mined and lab-grown diamonds.
The IGI® Report is specific to each individual diamond and must accompany the stone if returned.
We evaluate diamond quality based on 5Cs. The traditional 4Cs: cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight are the standard grading factors used by diamond institutions. We add a fifth: Consciousness. This reflects our commitment to providing high-quality jewelry with minimal environmental impact.
For more in-depth information about our 5Cs, see here.
South Sea Baroque Pearls
Cultured pearls sourced from Australia and Indonesia. Our partner farm is accredited to the MSC standard, ensuring sustainable sourcing and preservation of the marine ecosystem.
Japanese Akoya Pearls
Sourced directly from Japan, cultured on smaller farms where oysters live in their natural habitat. The pearls are formed and harvested with no harm to the pearl, the oyster, or the environment.

Care & Repair
Your Akind jewelry is designed to last, but even the strongest materials benefit from gentle care:
- Store each piece separately in its fabric-lined pouch or box to prevent scratching.
- Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine, lotion, hairspray, cosmetics, detergents, and other chemicals.
- Be careful with chains, try not to snag or pull them.
- Apply perfumes and lotions before putting on your jewelry.
Silver is naturally bright but oxidises over time, especially when exposed to moisture, perfume, or skin oils.
- Store dry in a sealed pouch or box, away from humidity and other metals.
- Remove before showers, swimming, or washing dishes.
- Polish with a silver polishing cloth to restore shine. No chemicals needed.
Some natural patina may develop over time. Embrace it or polish it away with a soft cloth.
Vermeil's gold layer is durable but benefits from gentle handling to preserve its finish:
- Remove before swimming, exercising, or applying perfume and lotion.
- Store separately in a sealed pouch or box to prevent scratching.
- Clean only with a dry microfiber cloth. Never use abrasive polish or silver polishing cloths, as these can wear down the gold layer.
Solid gold is the lowest-maintenance precious metal. It won't tarnish, discolour, or oxidise. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. With time, solid gold only becomes more beautiful.
Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Lab-grown diamonds are the hardest material on earth and very durable. For emeralds, avoid ultrasonic cleaners as they're more delicate.
Pearls are more delicate than other stones and need a little extra care:
- Last on, first off. Apply perfume, lotion, and sunscreen before wearing pearls
- Avoid water including showers, swimming, and dishwashing. Chlorine and saltwater can damage the epoxy that secures the pearls, leading to discolouration
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can dull their lustre over time
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each wear
- Store separately in a microfiber pouch - never cotton, which absorbs moisture and can dry pearls out
Smaller pearls are especially sensitive, as they have fewer layers of nacre (the iridescent surface that gives pearls their shine).
Solid gold: yes - water doesn't damage solid gold or affect its colour. We still recommend removing pieces during high-intensity activity to avoid bending or loss.
Sterling silver and vermeil: we recommend removing pieces before water contact to extend their life. Silver may oxidise faster with moisture, and vermeil's gold layer benefits from staying dry.
Solid gold: no - pure gold maintains its color and does not fade over time. At Akind we use 14k (58.5% gold) and 18k (75% gold) alloyed with metals like copper, silver, and zinc for strength.
Sterling silver: silver may develop a natural patina but doesn't fade. A polishing cloth restores it instantly.
Vermeil: with proper care, the 2.5-micron 18k gold layer is built to last for years. Avoiding chemicals and abrasion will preserve the finish significantly longer.
Note: in rare cases, individual body chemistry, exposure to chemicals (perfume, lotion, makeup), or high-humidity environments can cause discolouration on the skin or jewelry. This is uncommon and not a manufacturing defect
Our white gold is a mix of gold, silver, palladium, and zinc, then plated with rhodium for shine and white luster. Over time, rhodium plating subtly fades and may reveal a hint of natural gold. Regular rhodium re-dipping is recommended for white gold maintenance. If you encounter any issues with your piece, please contact care@akindstore.com for further assistance.
Yes. Within our 2-year warranty period, we offer one complimentary rhodium re-dipping service for your Akind jewelry. Should you need a second re-dipping during this period or once the warranty expires, we provide this service for a fixed fee as per our price list at the time.
For solid gold, gemstones, and diamonds: fill a bowl with lukewarm water and a dash of gentle dish soap. Soak for 30 minutes, then brush gently with a soft, unused toothbrush. Air dry or pat with a soft cloth.
For sterling silver: use a silver polishing cloth, no water needed. Restores shine in seconds.
For vermeil: dry microfiber cloth only. Never use water-based cleaners, polishing cloths, or chemicals.
For pearls: use microfiber, not cotton, as cotton absorbs moisture.
Please remember that your Akind jewelry comes with a generous warranty. This means that if your jewelry breaks during the warranty period (and this is not caused by your negligence) we will repair it for you at no additional cost. Just send us an email to care@akindstore.com and we will take care of it straightaway. You can find more information about our General Warranty Policy here.

Sustainability
Akind is committed to using responsibly sourced materials and providing complete transparency to our customers.
All our gold, sterling silver, and 18k gold vermeil is 100% recycled. All our diamonds and gemstones are lab-grown and created without the human and environmental toll of mining. Our refineries are LBMA and RJC certified, ensuring traceability and ethical sourcing throughout our supply chain.
Working only with recycled metals removes additional human and environmental harm from our materials. We're proud to be part of a movement encouraging accountability and conscious sourcing across the industry.
Silver mining is one of the most environmentally damaging industries in the world. By working only with recycled silver sourced from existing jewelry, industry, and electronics, we eliminate the demand for new mining entirely, while producing material that is chemically identical to newly mined silver.
Yes. Our gold and silver refineries are LBMA-certified (London Bullion Market Association). Our partners follow the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) Code of Practices. We are registered with Swedac, the Swedish authority that regulates precious metals in jewelry.
