We offer free postal shipping on all purchases to Sweden. We also offer free express shipping within Europe with DHL Express on orders over €100. The shipping cost for international orders under €100 is €15.
In Sweden we use Postnord and for international deliveries we use DHL Express.
In-Stock orders will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days in Sweden (or 4-6 business days if your location is outside of Sweden, within Europe). Note that if you place an order after 12pm CET on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
If a product is Out-of-Stock, we'll provide you the date we expect it to be refilled. It usually takes a bit more time to receive this type of product. If you’re on a tight deadline, we will do our best to rush your order – just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number in an email (you can also find the info on your “My account” page).
All orders are insured.
We insure all orders from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. For any issues with your delivery, just get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will sort it out.
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna, as well as debit cards. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express gift cards.
In Sweden, all purchases may be returned without any charge within 30 days.
European customers can return by sending us back your item at your own expense. If you exchange an item, we’ll send you the replacement without additional shipping costs for you.
Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including the box and the pouch.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card, or PayPal account , or in accordance with the Klarna payment method used to make the original purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number (available on the shipping label) and all mail-in returns must be shipped directly to our corporate office, Akind AB, Tegnérgatan 55B, 111 61 Stockholm.
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
Once we've received the refunded items, it'll take 1-2 weeks to receive and process your refund. We’ll send an email once the refunded item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
Yes we do! Select Gift Cards under the Shop section and select your preferred value. Gift cards are delivered by email to the buyer and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Akind Gift Cards are only valid if purchased on akindstore.com. Akind cannot honor or re-issue gift card credit that is purchased from third party sources.
Each order already comes with a personalized card so it’s ready for gifting! By providing the name of the person you wish to gift to under "Add Order Note" we will add that persons name on the card. If no gift note or special request is included, the name in the shipping address will be added to the name card.
Our packaging includes a square, sleek box in one of our 4 brand colors, tissue and a pouch so that you can carry your Akind jewelry wherever you go.
Simply enter the code shown on the back of the card into the “gift/credit” field at checkout. The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order. Should a balance be owed, you can use any of our payment methods.

Care & Repair
Our jewelry is designed to last forever. That's why we feel confident in offering you a lifetime warranty of every piece you buy from us. However, even something as strong as gold and diamonds need a bit of your attention and care. We therefore recommend that you:
- always keep your jewelry securely stored to avoid spinning and scratches.
- avoid contact with perfumes, chlorine, lotions, hairspray, cosmetics, detergents and other chemicals as this may affect the color or luster.
- be careful when wearing your chains, try not to get stuck with them or pull them.
- remove your jewelry when bathing, exercising, doing housework etc. to avoid bending, scratching or losing it.
- avoid storing diamonds together, as they can scratch each other.
Solid 14k gold
To maintain the beautifully shiny texture, scrub lightly with a toothbrush and warm water, then dry it with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
Keep your diamonds sparkling by soaking them it in a warm soapy liquid, brush gently with a toothbrush and then rinse the stone and setting to ensure there is no residue. Dry it with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
Keep in mind that you are given a lifetime warranty for your Akind jewelry. This means that if your jewelry breaks (and this is evidentially not caused by your carelessness), we will have it fixed. Just send us an email to email@example.com and we will fix it straightaway.
